Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge is situated on the southern entrance to Alice Springs, snuggled into the base of the magnificent MacDonnell Ranges and offers a truly unique Australian Outback accommodation experience. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Ranges from the comfort of this welcoming and relaxing hotel.   

A quick three minute drive from the town centre, Heavitree offers a free shuttle service for guests three times a day Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). From Heavitree to the town centre the shuttle runs:
9am, 1pm and 4.30pm

From the town centre to Heavitree the shuttle runs:
9.15am, 1.15pm and 4.45pm

The Olde Alice Bar and Function Centre along with the Heavitree Gap Tavern are here for you to enjoy wonderful food and entertainment - a great place to enjoy Outback music. (Entertainment every Wednesday to Sunday night April - September)     

Every evening wild Black-footed Rock Wallabies can be fed at the Lodge - an absolute must - this unique activity is popular with guests of all ages.

Heavitree's location just out of town places you in a perfect position to explore both the town and surrounding Outback areas such as the spectacular McDonnell Ranges, Standley Chasm and Simpson's Gap.

Heavitree is home to Red Centre Dreaming Dinner and Show, a "must do" during your stay in Alice Springs.

Per person share by gender. Kitchenette including 2 hotplates, oven, microwave and toaster. Free inhouse movies, air conditioning, telephone, tea & coffee making facilities. Small refrigerator. Max up to 4 people.
 

Caravan and Camping
