By Air

Tiger Airways has direct flights from Melbourne and Adelaide.
By Rail
The famous Ghan, one of the world’s great railway journeys, operates between Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin twice weekly.

Airport Shuttle Bus
The Alice Springs Airport Shuttle service operates transfers to and from Alice Springs hotels. Transfers from the airport to Alice Springs city can be booked and paid for on arrival, just look out for the "Alice Springs Airport Shuttle" which is parked at the eastern and western end of the drop-off zone in front of the terminal. $17 One way and $28 Return. Prices subject to change.
Taxi
Alternatively you can take a taxi which is approximately $25 from the airport and train station to Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge.
