Aurora Alice Springs is seeking a qualified, experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee their 4 Star 109 accommodation property in the CBD of Alice. The successful applicant will have shown his/her ability in a similar position, and will be a capable and enthusiastic person able to ensure our housekeeping team provides a high standard of service to our rooms. Must be able to lead by example to provide clean rooms serviced to the high standards demanded by our discerning guests. Other duties include: management of staff (including training and motivation), compilation of rosters, control of stock, and the maintenance of appropriate work place health & safety procedures. A priority of this position is to be able to manage your team to maintain all cleaning tasks within budgeted costs.
