Lowest Online Rate Guarantee

If you use www.auroraresorts.com.au to make your accommodation booking, Aurora guarantees that you’ll get the lowest online rate for any Aurora hotel (excludes Aurora partner hotels) on that website and will pay no booking fees!

This Guarantee means that if you have purchased a guest room or apartment, at the lowest available rate via Aurora’s website and find a lower rate for the same booking type via another website, then Aurora will match that rate (excludes Aurora partner hotels).

What to do:

• Make your room booking at the lowest available rate at www.auroraresorts.com.au and complete the purchase;
• If you find the booking type via another website at a lower rate, then phone the property (phone numbers above) immediately to submit your claim (claims submitted at another time may not be approved);
• Once Aurora is able to verify your claim, you will receive the lower rate via a balancing refund. Aurora will verify your claim by inspecting the referenced website and identifying the lower comparable rate availability (excludes Aurora partner hotels).
  
  
  

Other Terms of the Guarantee

• Accommodation purchased must be at the lowest available rate, which is defined as the published retail rate available on www.auroraresorts.com.au.
• Verification of the Guarantee claim is at the sole discretion of Aurora.
• Booking details must be identical in terms of date, room type and number of guests.
• The Guarantee is not available to corporate, package, promotional, wholesaler, online auction, member-only sites, group or government sales;
• The Guarantee excludes Aurora partner hotels;
• This refund is the sole benefit provided under this Guarantee;
• Aurora reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice;
